IMS are currently seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Leading Hand for a long-term casual opportunity based at the CSBP site in Kwinana. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong grounds maintenance experience, leadership capability, and a strong safety focus. This position offers consistent Monday to Friday hours with an immediate start available for the right candidate. About the Role Working within an industrial environment, you will be responsible for leading and supporting grounds maintenance activities across the site while ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Leading and supervising a small grounds maintenance crew Operating commercial mowers and grounds maintenance equipment Mixing and applying chemicals in accordance with safety procedures Weed spraying and vegetation management Chainsaw operation and general tree/vegetation maintenance General gardening, landscaping, and grounds upkeep Conducting pre-starts and equipment checks Maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards across site Liaising with supervisors and site personnel regarding daily works Essential Requirements Current Drivers License White Card Pest Management Ticket / Chemical Spray Ticket Chainsaw Ticket Experience operating commercial mowers and grounds maintenance equipment Previous experience in a Leading Hand or supervisory role Strong understanding of WHS procedures and safe chemical handling Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Whats on Offer Long-term casual opportunity Monday to Friday roster Immediate start available Stable ongoing work Supportive team environment Opportunity to work on a well-established industrial site If you have the required tickets and experience and are looking for a long-term opportunity in the Kwinana area, apply now.
