As we continue to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice Technician to join our Technical Services Team and learn how to deliver highquality support to our managed print clients. What We Offer Be a valued member of a successful, supportive Service Team Receive training from our Service Manager with over 40 years experience Work with leading brands including Toshiba, Brother, Epson and HP Full training provided to support your success Complete UEE30920 Certificate III in Electronics and Communications Tools of trade supplied, including a laptop and phone What Were Looking For The ideal applicant will demonstrate: A current Australian Drivers Licence (Essential) Professional presentation and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong customer service focus High motivation and a willingness to learn Good organisational skills and attention to detail Commitment to accurate time and parts recording using our client management software Basic knowledge in printers, IT networking or electronics (advantageous but not essential) Key Responsibilities Printer run-up, configuration, and programming MFD/Printer for our customers Installation of new devices Learn from the Customer Service Technicians to complete field repairs, learning the process including calling the customer, diagnosing and understanding the issue and diagnose the problem. Understand how to handle customer issues and reactions and resolve them in a timely, appropriate way Component rebuilds IT connectivity and network integration Providing remote support to diagnose issues Performing scheduled mechanical maintenance in line with service plans Ensure quality repairs and refurbishment as per workshop guidelines Writing up customer reports following field repairs Attending client sites to resolve technical faults (as skills develop) Why Join Us?
