Our Opportunity An incredible opportunity is now available to join our team at a well-established, modern 80-place boutique early learning service in Gosford. We are seeking a Nominated Supervisor / Centre Manager to lead the centre. This is a rare opportunity, and we are excited to welcome a new team member to our team. The role Oversee daily centre operations, including staffing, ratios, budgets, and parent communication Undertake the Nominated Supervisor role and ensure ongoing compliance with all regulations and standards Lead, inspire, and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional development Manage rosters and day-to-day staffing requirements Oversee the delivery of engaging, age-appropriate programs that support children''s holistic development Prioritise children''s safety and well-being at all times, in line with policies and procedures Build strong relationships with families and the local community Cultivate a positive, inclusive team culture that values collaboration and diversity About youThis role suits a confident Centre Manager or Nominated Supervisor who can take ownership of daily operations and lead a team effectively. Diploma or Bachelor''s in Early Childhood Education and Care Bachelor''s degree in Early Childhood Education and Care is preferred Experience as a Centre Manager or Nominated Supervisor 3+ years'' experience as a Centre Manager or Nominated Supervisor is preferred Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and NQS Experience with Assessment & Rating and Quality Improvement Plans Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to build a stable and positive team environment What we offer Well above award salary package + super Worker Retention Payment: +15% on top of the award rate Childcare discount Study support and professional development opportunities Autonomous leadership role within a boutique service Supportive and collaborative working environment Well-resourced, modern centre This is a full-time position across 5 days.
