Location: Geelong Contract Term: May 2026 October 2026 About the Role: As the Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for managing recruitment activities across a range of positions while supporting workforce planning and ensuring efficient hiring outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for allocated vacancies Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines Advertise vacancies and proactively source candidates across multiple channels Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on skills and cultural fit Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and pre-employment checks Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure policy and legislative compliance Prepare recruitment reports, vacancy updates, and workforce planning data Deliver a positive candidate experience and represent the employer brand professionally Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across recruitment systems and processes About You: Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities High attention to detail and strong administration skills Knowledge of recruitment compliance and employment processes Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach Why Apply?
