Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage properties within the Barry Plant portfolio, ensuring smooth operations. Provide outstanding customer service to residential rental providers, tenants, and tradespeople. Prepare and manage rental documentation and property marketing materials. Conduct property inspections, manage maintenance requests, and oversee tenancy agreements. Skills and Experience Required: Cert IV in Real Estate Practice, or willingness to undertake this qualification on commencement in this role. Knowledge of the local property market. Experience in property management with proficiency in Google Workspace and industry-related software. Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
