What you''ll be doing Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner Adhering to all relevant licensing laws and regulations Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to ensure a positive customer experience Delivering outstanding customer service at all times Performing basic maintenance and service on poker machines Handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly Responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues on the gaming floor Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the venue What we''re looking for Must have a current Valid RSA, RCG & Advanced RCG Strong customer service skills are essential coupled with a fun and outgoing personality.
