Job Description

Procares Factual Investigation Division is seeking a full-time Factual Investigator experienced in WC, CTP and/or GI investigations to join our expanding team in Perth metro. The role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day. This is a permanent, full-time position based from Perth metro. Responsibilities Attend various locations, predominantly within Perth. Interview key parties, take statements, collate relevant evidence and produce detailed, accurate reports in a timely manner. Maintain effective communication with the investigations support team and other relevant parties. Prepare and draft factual reports. Qualifications Hold a Certificate III in Investigations. Have a current and valid Investigators Licence. Have a current and valid drivers licence and vehicle. Experience conducting Workers Compensation, General Insurance and CTP investigations is highly desirable. Experience working with the Insurance Commission of Western Australia. Have excellent written and verbal skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally. What We Offer Excellent remuneration & employee benefits.
