Specific Selection Criteria Approval to teach as a teacher librarian. Demonstrated ability to manage and promote an effective school library that supports teaching and learning, including developing information literacy, research skills, and a reading culture across a diverse student cohort. Capacity to collaborate with teachers to integrate library services into curriculum programs, supporting literacy development and equitable access to resources for students at Belmore Boys High School. Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create an inclusive, engaging library environment and effectively manage resources while building positive relationships with the school community.
