Reporting to the Development Finance Manager, this role will provide accounting and administrative support across Ingenias land lease development projects; meet reporting deadlines, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure smooth daytoday finance operations. Assist with development finance operations including monthly journals, capex budget uploads in JDE, purchase order support, and budget reconciliations against feasibility models. Complete weekly bank reconciliations and prepare monthend balance sheet reconciliations (deposits, inventory and other accounts as required). Support financial reporting by preparing audit files, responding to audit queries, and assisting with investor reporting and verification. Work collaboratively across teams, contribute to continuous improvement, and comply with WHS policies and procedures. About You Bachelors degree in Accounting; CA/CPA qualified or currently studying. Previous experience in a similar role or industry, with exposure to JDE or a large ERP system preferred. Advanced Excel skills with solid Word and PowerPoint capability. Highly organised, detaildriven, and able to work accurately under pressure and to tight deadlines. Proactive, responsive team player with strong communication skills, who takes ownership and strives for continuous improvement.
