Project Officer (HEO 6)Based in the College of Business and Law at City West CampusParttime 0.8 FTE, 3 year fixed term contractSalary Range: $92,511 - $99,929 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)Support applied research projects across sport, tourism and local governmentRole SummaryCoordinate CERM PI projects, with a strong focus on data analysis and the regular production of client reports, alongside stakeholder engagement across applied research services.Work that mattersThis role is a key position within the Customer Experience Research Metrics and Performance Indicators (CERM PI) team, supporting the coordination, administration and delivery of applied research projects.CERM PI delivers benchmarking, advisory and customer experience research services across the sport, tourism and local government sectors, producing regular, highquality reporting outputs and insights that support evidencebased planning, investment and service delivery.The teamReporting to the Business Manager, this role sits within the School of Management in the College of Business and Law and supports the operational delivery of CERM PI projects.You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate project activity, support data collection, analysis and reporting, contribute to highquality client outcomes, and support business development activities including proposal preparation and client engagement where required.Our peopleOur people are guided by purpose, curiosity and a commitment to lifelong learning.
