It''s our way of saying thank you for bringing great people on board Award-Winning Culture: Be part of a team that values excellence and is recognised for its award-winning culture program Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Registered Nurse, you will lead the care team Coordinate care in an allocated section of home and ensuring care plan compliance throughout the shift Conduct health assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Maintain accurate clinical records and compliance with policies and procedures Support and promote a culture of safety, dignity, and respect What you will bring Registration with the AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse is mandatory One-year of experience as a enrolled nurse in a residential aged care setting is desirable (new entrants will be considered) Strong verbal and written communication skills Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care Flexibility to work across varied shifts (including weekends if required) Current NSW Working with Children Check NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Current CPR certificate and relevant mandatory training How to Apply At Bundaleer, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
