About the Role Reporting to the Branch Manager, youll oversee the day-to-day operations of our energy fleet and support the ongoing development of our people, customers, and processes. Your leadership will ensure the efficient scheduling of vehicles, full compliance with regulations, and the delivery of outstanding service across all operations. Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule fleet movements safely and efficiently Oversee vehicle maintenance, licensing, and driver training programs Lead, coach, and develop your operations team Manage client relationships and ensure KPIs are consistently met Maintain compliance with COR, NHVR, WHS/OHS, and environmental standards Support HR processes including recruitment and onboarding Youre a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example.
