You bring a strong technical foundation, paired with the confidence to lead people, influence stakeholders and translate business needs into highquality data solutions.You will bring:Proven experience leading data engineering teams, with the ability to mentor, coach and uplift capabilityStrong endtoend data engineering experience, including data warehousing, ETL/integration pipelines and performance optimisationAdvanced SQL and TSQL expertise, including procedures, views, functions and execution plansSolid experience with the Microsoft data and BI stack (SSMS, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS), Power BI, tabular modelling and DAXExposure to Microsoft Fabric and Azurebased data platformsExperience managing BAU workloads alongside project delivery in a fastmoving environmentExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomesA practical, solutionsfocused mindset, with strong analytical and problemsolving skillsThe ability to work autonomously, prioritise competing demands and drive continuous improvementMost importantly, youre collaborative, proactive and passionate about enabling datadriven decision making across the business.About The RoleAs the Data Engineer Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the organisations data capability. Leading a small, highperforming team, youll be responsible for the ongoing management and evolution of the data warehouse and integration pipelines, ensuring reliable, highquality data is available to support business decisionmaking.This is a handson leadership role where you will balance people management, technical oversight and stakeholder engagement.
