Job Title

We are seeking a compassionate Community Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team on a part-time basis. This role involves providing inhome physiotherapy and pain management services to older Australians and people living with disabilities across Adelaide and surrounding suburbs. Youll focus on improving mobility, function, and independence through evidencebased physiotherapy in a personcentred environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct inhome mobility and functional assessments Design and deliver individualised physiotherapy and reablement programs Provide therapeutic massage and manual therapy for pain management Implement strength, balance, and fallsprevention programs Educate clients and families on safe movement and injury prevention Recommend assistive equipment as required Collaborate with Care Managers, Nurses, and Support Workers Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes Qualifications Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist Experience in community, aged care, or rehabilitation settings Competency in manual therapy and therapeutic massage Current Drivers Licence, Police Clearance, and reliable vehicle Current First aid and CPR certificate Preferred Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly organised with good timemanagement Empathetic and committed to personcentred care Ability to work independently in a community setting Interest in reablement, mobility, and pain management Why Join Right at Home Flexible parttime hours to suit your lifestyle Competitive hourly rate plus travel reimbursement Supportive multidisciplinary team Professional development and growth opportunities Meaningful work making a real difference in the community #J-18808-Ljbffr
