We care for parks, reserves and marine environments along the Great Ocean Road, including internationally recognised visitor sites. Working closely with Traditional Owners, communities and stakeholders, we protect environmental, cultural and heritage values while supporting sustainable visitation and longterm conservation. About The Accommodation Services Team Our selfmanaged coastal Caravan Parks and Cape Otway Lightstation generate the majority of the Authority revenue. We are the single largest accommodation provider on the Great Ocean Road with over 800,000 visitor nights annually. Situated adjacent to some of the most spectacular beaches on the coast, we offer a range of accommodation options for families, tourists, students and visitors. Purpose of the Position The Caravan Park Attendant supports the daily operation of the Caravan Park through a combination of reception, cleaning, grounds care and basic maintenance duties. This allrounder role is focused on delivering a positive guest experience while ensuring the park, facilities and amenities are safe, clean, functional and well presented. What Youll Do Provide friendly and professional frontofhouse customer service Manage bookings, enquiries and payments using the RMS booking system Respond to guest requests, complaints and maintenance needs Maintain park grounds and overall presentation to safety and cleanliness standards Clean cabins, amenities and shared facilities Carry out minor maintenance and general handyman tasks Assist with rubbish removal, stock handling and general park operations What We''re Looking For Customer service and administrative experience in hospitality or retail Practical skills in grounds maintenance, cleaning and basic maintenance Experience working with booking systems (RMS preferred) Knowledge of safe manual handling and chemical use Current First Aid certificate (preferred) Strong communication skills and a teamfocused approach Proactive problemsolver with good time management skills Applications Require A current resume Cover Letter Everyone Is Welcome At The Authority Here at the Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority we are committed to creating a workforce that is diverse and is inclusive of all.
