Job Description As an ALDI Graduate Area Manager, you will undergo an 18-month training program specifically designed to develop our leaders of tomorrow. You will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of our business, lead successful teams and participate in exciting projects. On successful completion of the Graduate Program, youll take on the role of Area Manager, running 5-6 stores in a multi-million-dollar business as if it was your own. Our Graduates must be able to plan and manage their time effectively to achieve their goals, be supportive and approachable to develop and lead successful teams and be flexible enough to relocate throughout the state during the training and placement period. We will provide you with a comprehensive training plan and mentor from day one. Recruit, train, motivate and develop store staff to reach their full potential. Planning and efficiently managing your daily workload for all store targets and resources. Ownership of and clear accountability for business deliverables. Use initiative to control, manage and continually improve the quality and efficiency of work. Ensure that people adhere to all ALDI controls, policies, procedures, and guidelines. And the best part? Qualifications A person with a bachelors or masters degree (any discipline) completed within the last 2 years. Demonstrated academic excellence through the provision of transcripts. Must be willing to relocate within QLD as per business requirements (including Far North Queensland and NSW North Coast). Remuneration Transparent tiered salary range starting from $128,700 including Superannuation + Car. Transitioning to $154,500 at completion of Year 1.
