What Youll Do Based from the Adelaide HO, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Systems Specialist to join the Santos team, based at our global headquarters in Adelaide. This position will be responsible for driving the continuous improvement of asset management and related technical systems, as well as identifying and implementing system improvements, enhancements and integrations in relation to maintenance, engineering, and operations activities. Key accountabilities Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document requirements. Analyse system configuration and data structures, develop solutions to optimise performance and functionality. Identify and lead the development and implementation of key system improvement initiatives across the Production Operations landscape, with a focus on asset management suite of systems As an SME for the asset management systems, lead others and provide technical guidance into the design and operationalisation of business processes Facilitate or undertake data analysis of the asset management system to ensure consistency of data in line with Santos standards, processes and conventions. Provide asset management system support for master data and engineering data control personnel Coordinate the development, cleansing and maintenance of the asset management system hierarchy in line with established standards Develop systems and processes to ensure asset management system data integrity. Provide governance, auditing and benchmarking of maintenance performance against Santos Maintenance business processes, KPIs and external leading practice targets Essential What youll bring Proven experience administering and configuring SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) modules Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships Solid understanding of business process maintenance and optimisation Demonstrated experience working within large, complex corporate environments (or equivalent practical experience) Desirable Experience with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), SCM (Supply Chain), and Finance modules Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of training and hands-on experience Exposure to SAP-certified tools such as Prospecta MDO, Prometheus and other related applications Experience in Reliability and Integrity Management solutions such as Cenosco IMS Broad knowledge of integrated SAP environments and cross-functional processes Data modelling and business intelligence reporting skills, including experience in platforms such as DBT, Snowflake, Power BI, and Spotfire What Youll Get Here, youll be amongst high-calibre people and get to work on industry-leading projects.
