This is a handson role suited to someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and rolling up their sleeves to make a tangible impact.About The RoleReporting directly to the Head of Sales, youll take ownership of major retail accounts representing a significant portion of the business. Youll be responsible for developing and executing account strategies, leading commercial negotiations and driving growth across ranging, promotions and product development initiatives. The role requires a strong inmarket presence, working closely with customers while collaborating internally to ensure execution across all touchpoints. With dedicated admin support, youll balance both the strategic and daytoday elements of account management, while also contributing to broader business improvement and turnaround initiatives.About YouYoull bring experience managing major grocery accounts, particularly Coles and/or Woolworths within an FMCG environment. Exposure to short shelflife categories will be highly regarded. Youre someone who thrives in a handson setting, is commercially astute and comfortable navigating a fastpaced, evolving business.
