What youll be doing Reporting to the Marketing & Category Director, youll be responsible for elevating Manassens creative craft while turning digital into a scalable growth engine for the business. Youll lead our inhouse Creative team, own the digital ecosystem, and ensure every touchpoint from packaging and campaigns to websites, social, CRM and the digital shelf is consistent, effective and commercially accountable. This role is equal parts brand guardian, growth driver and capability builder. Creative leadership & brand guardianship - Inspire and lead the inhouse Creative team across packaging, campaigns, content and communications while setting, protecting and elevating brand standards across a diverse portfolio. Digital strategy & performance - Own and execute Manassens digital strategy across paid, owned and earned channels, driving measurable performance, ROI and strong agency partnerships. Retailer ecommerce & digital shelf excellence - Lead digital shelf standards across key retail partners to improve discoverability, conversion and compliance through bestpractice content and execution. Websites, CRM & datadriven growth - Drive website optimisation across UX, SEO, content and conversion, and lead CRM and marketing automation to deliver measurable growth outcomes. Operating rhythm & capability building - Build efficient workflows and delivery systems while developing creative and digital capability to support future growth.
