This role offers great variety, teamwork, and the chance to travel between different stations while contributing to a cleaner city. Key Responsibilities: Cleaning stations, and surrounding areas to maintain high hygiene standards Travelling between stations across the Sydney Trains network: Ashfield, Auburn, Burwood, Lidcombe, Mt Druitt, Strathfield, and Granville. Using cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly Working collaboratively with supervisors and fellow team members Working to our company policies, procedures, standards and safe work practices at all times WHAT YOU''LL NEED Current RIW (Rail Industry Worker) Card essential Experience in industrial or commercial cleaning (rail cleaning preferred but not required) Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude Reliability, punctuality, and good communication skillsFlexibility to work various shifts (including nights and weekends) Have a valid police check Have a valid Working with Children Check Good presentation and grooming Sound communication skills About Us Challenger Services Group is a premier national provider of essential service solutions, spanning cleaning, security, hospitality, government, aged care, and education sectors.
