This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior Corporate Finance professional to grow their career by working with our Corporate Advisory Partners. You will supervise the team and the flow of tasks, ensuring that team members are supported and developed appropriately. The Manager will provide advice and expertise to Directors across the firm, building their own referral network and advising on a range of corporate advisory transactions, including business and equity valuations, independent expert reports, purchase price allocations, M&As, IPOs, financial due diligence, accountant report investigations, equity capital raisings, private equity, bank prelending and financial modelling.
