Overview The North West Ambulance Service (NWAS) is expanding its clinical workforce within our Integrated Contact Centres (ICC). Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and supervision to our clinical delivery team to achieve excellent patient care. Deliver remote and facetoface patient consultation, providing professional guidance and clinical expertise. Offer continuous support, service improvement and innovation, ensuring the delivery of highquality, safe and effective care. Lead the clinical development of practitioners, aligning with the Trusts Urgent and Emergency Care Strategy and national priorities for Urgent Care and Safe Care Closer to Home. Locations & Travel Recruitment is for ICC sites in Greater Manchester, Liverpool, Cumbria and Lancashire. The role offers flexible working patterns with the requirement for the post holder to travel to NWAS ICC sites to provide clinical support as and when required. Base location will be discussed on appointment. About the Service North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust provides 24 hours, 365 days a year accident and emergency services, lifesaving care to patients in the community and transport to hospital or a place of care when needed. We also provide nonemergency patient transport for those who cannot travel unaided due to their medical condition or clinical need. Our staff ensure the safety of the public and the treatment of patients in the event of a major incident. Additionally, we deliver the NHS 111 service, which provides nonemergency medical help quickly and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
