You will focus on developing a strong pipeline while partnering with the internal Sales Teams and working handson with customers bring tailored solutions to life. Tools of the trade (including vehicle) provided A supportive network of stakeholders Training and knowledge on our great range of products Opportunities to grow and develop Salary package inclusive of some great incentives Work with the Sales Team and see your work come to life Discounts to a range of retail and corporate partners Skills required: Proven experience in a BDM or Sales role (crane or construction industry preferred) Proactive, energetic, and ambitious mindset to build upon existing market share Willingness to be on the ground face to face with customers Strong communication and ability to build trust quickly Commercial mindset to develop solutionoriented outcomes Competency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems A full, unrestricted Australian drivers license Tasks of the role: Grow market presence by identifying opportunities for business growth to convert leads Build long term relationships with customers, becoming their trusted advisor for heavy lifting and rigging Develop a strong sales pipeline to ensure the achievement of targets Support the Marketing and Category Teams with campaigns to build brand visibility Actively involved in working with customers to deliver specialised rigging equipment to meet their needs At Bullivants, for over 120 years, our purpose is to make lifting safe and efficient by partnering with our customers to deliver a range of lifting and heavy rigging products coupled with service and reliability maintenance.
