This position is responsible for ensuring our guest aftersales needs are met and exceeded across our stores in Sydney. Key responsibilities Hands on guest facing execution of ReBird services in store Leading the delivery of all in-store ReBird activities within the market. Training and onboarding all ReBird operators in the market Acting as the primary point of escalation and solution for complex cases. About You Behaviours Excellent internal and external communication skills A strong guest-first mindset Highly organised with strong attention to detail A collaborative and team-oriented approach Specific Skills Intermediate data literacy Strong technical and hands-on skills Qualifications A minimum of one years experience in a retail leadership role. Experience or training in a hands-on trade, particularly in sewing or seamstress work is preferred.
