With an enrolment of approximately 980 students, the school proudly represents over 40 cultural backgrounds, with around 85% of students having a language background other than English. Selection Criteria Approval to teach special education and/or experience or willingness to teach students in a primary setting with a variety of disabilities, including autism. Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a collaborative team and build positive relationships with students, staff, parents, external agencies, and members of the wider community. Ability to develop and deliver differentiated learning experiences for students with complex learning needs, with a focus on improving student outcomes. Effective use of classroom behaviour management strategies that enhance student engagement, support the development of social and communication skills, and cater to sensory needs.
