Role Overview We are seeking a versatile FrontEnd Developer to take ownership of the digital presence for two distinct Australianbased brands: Wise & Silent and Travel Protect. This is a 100% remote position specifically open to Filipino nationals. It is ideal for a developer who thrives in a dynamic environment where requirements evolve and impact is immediate. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our web platforms and Flutterbased mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities FrontEnd Maintenance & Evolution: Execute regular updates, bug fixes, and feature enhancements for wiseandsilent.com and travelprotect.au. CrossPlatform App Development: Manage and update existing Flutter applications for both brands, ensuring feature parity and performance across iOS and Android. Performance Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks in the user journey. Audit site speed, responsiveness, and UI/UX flows to find optimization opportunities. Responsive Design Implementation: Ensure all frontend updates are fully responsive and optimized for a diverse range of devices and browsers. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to translate brand requirements into functional, highquality code. Adaptability: Pivot and iterate quickly as the brands evolve. Technical Requirements Flutter Expert: Proven experience developing and maintaining productiongrade mobile applications using the Flutter framework. Web Fundamentals: Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. State Management: Familiarity with modern statemanagement solutions (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod). API Integration: Experience connecting frontend interfaces with RESTful APIs and backend services. Performance Tools: Ability to use Lighthouse or DevTools to improve web and app performance metrics.
