You will work alongside leading surgeons, anaesthetists and allied health professionals in a collaborative, supportive environment that values every member of the perioperative team.ResponsibilitiesPreparing and setting up surgical instruments and specialised equipment for cardiac, vascular and thoracic procedures.Performing preoperative safety checks and ensuring compliance with perioperative standards and protocols.Providing skilled scrub and scout support to the surgical team throughout procedures.Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.Collaborating effectively with the multidisciplinary surgical team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.Participating in on-call duties as part of our commitment to providing 24/7 surgical support.
