Were on the lookout for a Casual Grounds & Maintenance Officer to join our team at our Holidays Avina Ho lidayssite. Reporting to the Park Manager, youll play a key role in keeping the park looking beautiful, safe, and welcoming ensuring guests enjoy a clean, wellmaintained environment every day. Keep grounds clean and safe by clearing debris, collecting bins, spraying for weeds/pests, and maintaining pool areas (if applicable). Carry out general repairs and maintenance, including tools, equipment, lighting, fixtures, fencing, BBQs and basic painting. Respond to resident/guest maintenance requests, provide feedback on contractor work, and escalates issues to trades when needed. Support site presentation and security by reporting damage or incidents and accurately logging all maintenance and repair activities. Youre Likely a Match If You You work well with others, value different perspectives, and build strong relationships with residents, guests, and your team. You take initiative, stay proactive, and consistently deliver highquality work with attention to detail. Youre reliable, safetyfocused, honest, and take pride in completing handson, physical tasks. You communicate clearly with your team and customers, using the right channels to keep work flowing smoothly. You bring grounds and maintenance experience, understand site and safety procedures, and have practical knowledge of chemicals, equipment, and pool or sitespecific systems.
