From receiving multiple daily deliveries to scheduling greenbean movements to keeping our spareparts and finished goods flowing, youll make an impact on how coffee (and the gear that brews it) moves from our warehouse to cafs and customers. You''ll work alongside multiple functions within Toby''s Estate, work across warehouse systems, and stay handson, on the floor so the team never misses a beat. Plus: all the coffee you can drink and 5 extra days of recharge leave annually too.What youll doKeep daily operations humming: receive, pick, pack, dispatch, and jump on the floor alongside supervision of 7 team members.Coordinate driver runs and thirdparty freight; adjust schedules to hit delivery timeframes.Own stock accuracy: cycle counts, stock takes, adjustments, tidy locations, and FIFO.Manage spareparts workflows (receipting, tagging, kitting/dispatch) so technicians and customers have what they need.Prepare export paperwork (International orders) and resolve any rework with the relevant government bodies - well teach you the specifics.Use EXO, our WMS, and the driver/dispatch system to keep data clean and decisions quick.Collaborate across Inventory, Sales, Manufacturing, the Chippendale Roastery, Interstate Site Managers and the Warehouse Manager (Site Manager) to balance capacity and service.About youFast, organised operator who can juggle priorities in a busy warehouse.Systemssavvy (ERP/WMS experience helps; well train you on EXO and our workflows).Quality and safety mindset - accurate paperwork, tidy aisles, clean scans.Clear communicator who enjoys working with drivers, pick/pack, and stakeholders.An LF forklift licence and highreach experience is required, supervisory experience is a bonus.The detailsLocation: Alexandria.Hours: Fulltime, MondayFriday, 8am - 4pm. #J-18808-Ljbffr
