You will work in Clarence Correctional Centre helping inmates prepare for reintegration into society. In this role, you will: Supervise and manage inmates while promoting rehabilitation and reintegration Conduct searches, monitor inmate activities, and maintain a structured, secure environment Use communication and problem-solving skills to defuse tense situations and maintain order Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure inmate welfare Serco is a place for you You could be a great fit if you have: You dont need experience, just the right mindset.
