As Store Manager for Oscar Wylee in Top Ryde City Shopping Centre, your role will be to lead and inspire your team to deliver remarkable results and oversee daytoday store operations.Key Responsibilities:Oversee store operations, compliance, and performance standardsSupport your team to reach performance goals through genuine customer care, not pushy sales tactics.Manage rosters, budgets, and labour efficiencyProvide handson support instore, assisting with sales, service, and patient carePartner with Optometrists to ensure every customer receives an exceptional experienceAbout You:Previous leadership experience in retail (title isnt important if youve coached people and driven results, we want to hear from you!)Experience supporting or contributing to rosters, labour planning, or store performance well help you grow your capability in these areas.A passion for delivering great customer experiencesA keen interest in developing your skills in decisionmaking, coaching, and team cultureNo optical experience required well teach you all there is to know about optical retail.
