About the role We are looking for reliable and compassionate Aged Care Support Workers to support older people living independently in their own homes. In this role, you will help clients with everyday tasks, personal care, and social support, allowing them to stay safe, comfortable, and connected in their community. Shifts are available during weekdays, based on client needs. We have shifts available based on client demand, Monday Friday, 6am 6pm. Duties will include: Travelling between client homes within your local area including St Clair, St Marys, Penrith and Blacktown Providing personal care such as showering, grooming, and hygiene Assisting with meal preparation and light household tasks Supporting clients with shopping, appointments, and social outings Observing and reporting changes in a clients wellbeing Following individual care plans and completing basic documentation Skills and Requirements Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance is mandatory Certificate III, IV or Diploma in Aged Care, Home Care, Disability, or related field Current First Aid Certificate Clear verbal communication skills to engage effectively with older clients Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality care Availability to meet client needs Ability to follow care plans and record information accurately Experience with mobility aids or hoists (desirable) Benefits Salary Packaging - Increase your take-home pay with tax-free benefits Flexible Work - Casual hours with the option to pick up extra shifts Paid Travel Time & Reimbursements - Between client visits Supportive Onboarding - Buddy system and ongoing support Wellbeing Benefits - Access to Employee Assistance Program and fitness benefits Recognition & Rewards - Competitive sector pay and long service leave Apply Today!
