Behind every great in-store and online experience is smart inventory planning and this is where you come in.Youll be working in our exciting and fast-paced Licensed category, managing supporter wear across major local sporting codes, such as NRL, AFL and Cricket. From jerseys and shorts to caps and accessories, youll ensure fans can represent their team with pride.Were looking for a Merchandise Allocator with strong analytical capability, solid Excel skills and retail inventory experience to join our team on a 12-month secondment due to internal progression.What youll be doingThis role plays a critical part in ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time, delivering great commercial outcomes and an exceptional customer experience.Allocating and replenishing inventory across stores and distribution centres to maximise sales, GP and inventory targetsAnalysing sales, stock and range performance to optimise profitability and manage aged or exiting inventoryUsing allocation and replenishment tools (including JDA) to ensure accurate, timely and compliant inventory executionPartnering closely with Category Managers, Planners, Replenishment and Store teams to deliver inventory within KPIsCommunicating clearly with stakeholders, providing insights, updates and weekly store communicationsWhat were looking forStrong analytical skills with confidence working in Excel (formulas, data analysis, reporting)Experience in retail allocation, replenishment or inventory managementA detail-focused, organised approach with the ability to manage deadlines and competing prioritiesStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teamsA passion for retail and improving the customer purchasing experience, is a must - personal passion for sport is a bonus!Why join rebel?Flexible hybrid working based out of our Rhodes Homeground Support officeGenerous discounts across all Super Retail Group Brands (rebel, Supercheap Auto, BCF and Macpac)Work in a collaborative, fast-paced and commercially focused team who can help support the next steps in your career12-month opportunity ideal for someone looking to step up or broaden their merchandising experience in a retail environment.If you love data, everything sport and making stock work smarter, wed love to hear from you.
