About the Role The Transition Consultant participates in the identification and implementation of training and other opportunities to meet existing workforce requirements while also supporting the ability of workers impacted by transitions away from their existing industry to gain employment in the future. The position uses a clientcentred, case management approach, working with employers, employees, and training organisations to provide leadership and practical assistance to enable employees to make individual, tailored transitions. Qualifications To be successful in this role you will require the skills to identify future workforce requirements and training opportunities to support those impacted by workforce transition. A strong knowledge of the training and VET sector is essential.
