Requirements for this role: Flexible hours available 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role Expected salary: $30 per hour We seek an experienced Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator to join a not-for-profit, community-based sessional kindergarten located in the heart of Healesville on a full-time basis. This is a full-time role across two programs, supporting a play-based approach that is nurturing, engaging and responsive to children''s interests and development. You will work across two mixed-age (3- and 4-year-old) groups, supporting experienced teaching teams to deliver a program aligned with the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework. About you: You are a Diploma-qualified educator who brings reliability, professionalism and confidence in your communication. You are comfortable using technology to document children''s learning and contribute to programming, and you take pride in supporting a calm, engaging learning environment. You are genuinely passionate about early childhood education, work collaboratively as part of a team, and are proactive in contributing ideas and supporting positive outcomes for children. Requirements: Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved) Minimum two years of experience as an Educator, ideally within a sessional kindergarten setting Current Working with Children Check First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification (or willingness to obtain) Child protection / mandatory reporting and Gecko certification Sound understanding of the NQF, VEYLDF and Child Safe Standards What to do next If you are seeking a long-term opportunity within a supportive, high-quality sessional kindergarten and value working as part of a collaborative team, we encourage you to apply.
