Demonstrate excellent pedagogical skills with a flexible, collaborative and student-centered approach, promoting student wellbeing and pastoral care. Demonstrate excellent planning and implementation of a differentiated teaching/learning programme, including thinking skills and inquiry-based learning that engages all learners. Demonstrate the ability to use assessment and continuous monitoring methods and tools to adjust the teaching practices to cater for the needs of all students. Display excellent classroom management, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrate a high level of expertise in integrating digital technologies to enrich teaching and learning experiences. Possess the ability to be agile and adaptive in working across a K-12 College. Demonstrate the capability to work collaboratively with other staff to promote student learning and to enhance ones own teaching instruction and the learning culture of the College. Demonstrate an ability to lead by taking on roles within the College and being involved in extra-curricular activities Demonstrate the skills to contribute to and promote a strong staff culture and work collaboratively with students, staff, parents and Parish to build community in a growing Catholic College. Qualifications Required Relevant 4 Year Tertiary Qualifications. Applicants must have a current registration as a teacher with the Teacher Registration Board of WA (TRBWA) to be eligible for appointment. Information is available from the TRBWA website. Applicants must also have a Working with Children Check. Accreditation to Teach in a Catholic School or willingness to obtain.
