About the Role This is a busy, varied position where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating phones and managing patient enquiries Supporting outpatient clinics and bookings Assisting with inpatient requests when required Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks Providing outstanding front-line service as the first point of contact for patients and external referrers We operate across multiple locations and cover leave internally, so flexibility is essential.
