Farm Hands - Multiple Locations Across Victoria We''re currently seeking reliable and hardworking Farm Hands to join our team across various farms in Meredith, Lethbridge, Terang, Boneo, and St Arnaud (VIC). Competitive pay in line with the Pastoral Award, starting from Level 1 - $30.35/hr (including casual loading) for workers aged 21 and over About the Role As a Farm Hand, you''ll be involved in the daily care and maintenance of our poultry operations. Your duties will include: Monitoring and maintaining bird welfare throughout your shift Keeping the workplace clean, tidy, and safe Packing eggs daily General farm duties, groundskeeping, and maintenance tasks Working every second weekend (availability required) Follow all Safety procedures About You To be successful in this role, you will: Be physically fit and able to lift 10-15 kg consistently Have reliable transport and a valid driver''s licence Be comfortable working around chickens Not have poultry, pet birds, or pigs at home (biosecurity requirement) Be reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Requirements Must have valid Australian work rights Able to provide contactable referees If this sounds like the opportunity for you, we''d love to hear from you!
