Are you an experienced real estate administrator with a sharp eye for detail and a solid handle on how to keep things rolling smoothly? We''re looking for a switched-on property professional to join our team on a part-time basis, with real potential to grow into a full-time role as the business expands. Our two brands, Ras360 Property Solutions and Republik Property Partners, cover residential sales across South East Qld and Northern NSW. Our dedicated Management Rights and Accommodation division has 17 specialist brokers spanning the East coast, selling management rights businesses, hotels, motels, pubs and holiday parks a genuinely unique offering in the market. For the right admin person, that means variety, volume and real breadth. About the roleThis is a varied and hands-on role supporting our sales team and property partners across all aspects of administration, namely contracts, marketing and sales support. Joining the operations team, you''ll be supporting our operations, brokers and agents by coordinating new listings and campaigns, drafting contracts, and keeping our marketing collateral and databases in great shape. Hours are Monday to Friday across a 2025 hour working week, based in our Southport office with some work-from-home flexibility on offer. What you''ll be doingPreparing, processing and tracking contracts through to settlement Supporting the sales team with listing administration and campaign coordination Creating and managing sales and marketing materials (including online listings, brochures and social content) Maintaining CRM systems, databases and filing Liaising with clients, vendors, buyers and solicitors as required General office administration and team support What we''re looking forDemonstrated experience in real estate administration, this is essential Understanding of the contract process in residential property sales, Realworks or Realtair experience a plus Experience with sales and marketing administration beneficial, especially Canva skills Property CRM experience of some description, we use Eagle Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail Strong communication skills and a professional, client-facing manner A genuine interest in property Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (advantageous but not essential) What''s on offerImmediate start if possible but we can negotiate for the right person. Part-time hours (2025 hrs/week) across Monday to Friday, based at our Southport office with some work-from-home flexibility.
