Employment incentives for suitable candidates. Key Responsibilities Controlling site access and preventing unauthorised entry. Conducting vehicle and bag inspections. Completing accurate, real-time data entry into live national Excel spreadsheets (driver and vehicle information). Communicating frequently with client operations via two-way radio and phone systems. Conducting site inductions for drivers and visitors as required. Monitoring CCTV, access control, and electronic surveillance systems. Operating access control systems (issuing cards, locking/unlocking doors, auditing access). Recording incidents, breaches, and safety concerns. You Will Be Able to Demonstrate Conduct Consistently maintain a professional and courteous demeanour. Presentation Uphold a clean, neat, and well-groomed corporate appearance at all times. Performance Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, effectively identify and respond to security incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service at all times. Eligibility, Qualifications, Licences & Certifications Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with unrestricted Rights to Work in Australia (Essential). Current QLD Security Licence with a Class 1A as a minimum (Essential). Current First Aid Certification. Full Drivers Licence (Essential). Excellent computer skills. Elevated customer service skills. Previous security experience in gatehouses or warehousing / logistics operations Two references required.
