We are seeking a friendly and professional Retail Showroom Assistant to join our Rockingham showroom on a full time basis once training is complete. About the Role This is a customer-facing role where youll assist homeowners, builders, and trades with product selection and showroom enquiries. Youll be part of a supportive team in a busy but welcoming retail environment. Key responsibilities: Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom Providing product information on tiles, bathrooms, and related products Helping customers select products to suit their style, budget, and project Processing sales, quotes, and orders Maintaining showroom presentation and displays Liaising with suppliers and internal team members as required About You Were looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Confident communicating with a wide range of customers Well-presented and reliable Organised with good attention to detail Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems Experience in retail, tiles, bathrooms, or building products is highly regarded, but not essential. Basic computer, maths & english skills desired. Sales experience desired.
