We are looking for a reliable, organised, and hands-on team member to join our Southport store in a casual back-of-house/warehouse role. This position supports our online store and day-to-day operations, with availability required across 24 full days per week, with the potential to eventually progress into a full-time position for the right candidate. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in being organised, and is happy to jump in wherever needed. In this role you will: Pick, pack, and dispatch online orders accurately and efficiently Receive, unpack, and process incoming stock deliveries Assist with stock organisation and maintaining a clean, efficient back-of-house area Add and update products in our POS system and Shopify store Help maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records Answer phone enquiries in a friendly and professional manner Support the retail team and assist customers on the shop floor when required Assist with general day-to-day store operations and tasks as needed To succeed in this role you will need: Previous retail, warehouse, dispatch, or stock-handling experience preferred Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills Confidence using a computer and learning new systems Basic experience with POS systems, Shopify, or similar platforms is highly regarded A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Confidence communicating with customers both in person and over the phone Reliability and the ability to work independently within a small team All shifts are full days (8:45am5:00pm), so this role is not suitable for school-aged applicants.
