Supporting the Canberra Office Leadwith client-facing activities, local office coordination, communications,administrationand initiatives that strengthen office culture and engagement. Coordinating Canberra events, large meetings,workshopsand workplace activations, ensuring they are well planned, professionally delivered and aligned to business needs. Managing day-to-day facilities operations, including maintenance, suppliers, cleaning, catering, stationery, storage, PPE, car parking,fleetand general workplace services. Managing health,safetyand compliance activities, includingDonesafereporting, workplace inspections, ISO audit requirements, fire warden and first aider coordination, corrective actions andaccuraterecord keeping. Acting as a key point of contact for workplace services, responding to staff, visitor and stakeholder needs including access, passes, room support, IT/AV triage,WiFi, lockers,archivingand general office requests. Supporting Canberra client and business development administration, includingCMSupdates, tender site monitoring, proposal support, projectcoordinationand local market information whererequired. Providing practical coordination support for Canberra leadership, including calendar coordination, meeting preparation, minute taking, action follow-up and general office administration. Supporting major and minor Canberra workplace projects, includingfitoutactivity, office improvements, stakeholder coordination, supplierfollow-upand project administration. Identifyingand driving continuous improvement opportunitiesacross workplace experience, facilities operations, office culture, clientsupportand regional NSW/ACT service delivery. Experience supporting or deliveringevents, hospitality or workplace activationswill be highly regarded, but is not essential. Comfortable working acrossboth frontofhouseand operational responsibilities, balancing service delivery with practical execution. Ability to quickly learn and confidently usedigital workplace systems and tools(e.g. booking systems, asset registers, collaboration platforms). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including clear and professionalwritten communication. A collaborative team player with the confidence towork with stakeholders at all levels, including vendors,contractorsand internal teams. Personable,proactiveand enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for creatingwelcoming,inclusiveandwell-runworkplaces.
