About the Role We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our team. Working on a variety of makes and models in a dynamic workshop, you will play a key role in diagnosing and repairing our valued customers'' vehicles. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle makes and models. Write detailed reports on diagnostics and repairs. Communicate effectively with the Service Manager. Uphold the business''s outstanding reputation through excellent workmanship and customer service. Maintain a high level of attention to detail at all times. Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Prioritize safety in all aspects of work. Skills & Experience Full Australian Trade Qualifications as a Motor Mechanic. Minimum 5 years work experience as a motor mechanic Proven experience working in the Australian motor industry. Extensive hands-on experience with a variety of vehicle makes and models. Experience with passenger cars is required. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Strong leadership skills and a proactive approach. Current and valid Victorian manual driver''s license. Previous experience in diagnostics and repairs is essential. Australian work rights are required for this position.
