About the role Sisters Nursing Services'' is seeking dedicated female Disability Support Worker to join our team in Bridgewater SA 5155. In this casual role, you will be providing personalised support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, helping them to live independently and participate fully in their community. Needs to be available Monday and Thursday. What you''ll be doing Providing personal care and daily living support, such as assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming and meal preparation Accompanying and supporting individuals to access the community, attend appointments, and engage in social and recreational activities Helping to develop and implement individual support plans, with a focus on promoting independence, choice and wellbeing Documenting client progress, incidents and other relevant information Adhering to all organisational policies, procedures and quality standards Participating in team meetings and training to continuously improve service delivery What we''re looking for A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification Previous experience in a similar role, supporting individuals with a range of disabilities A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team A current driver''s licence and access to a reliable vehicle A strong commitment to upholding the rights, privacy and dignity of clients What we offer At Sisters Nursing Services'', we are dedicated to supporting our employees and promoting a healthy work-life balance.
