What the Role Actually Is Your job is focused: call businesses, have good conversations, qualify real buyers, and book demos for our Account Executives. No inbound. No closing. Pure outbound. That means you''ll be on the phone a lot, speaking with business owners and decision makers every day. You''ll hear "not interested" often. Day to Day High volume outbound calling Qualifying leads against clear criteria Booking demos directly into AE calendars Keeping CRM notes clean and accurate Taking coaching seriously and applying it fast Who Does Well Here You''re genuinely comfortable on the phone not tolerant of it, comfortable with it Rejection bounces off you; you''re curious about why, not discouraged by it You want direct feedback and actually use it You''re competitive and you track your own performance You communicate clearly and confidently Sales experience is useful.
