About the Role: As an Aged and Disabled Carer, you will report to the Care Services Manager. We are looking for a compassionate and qualified candidate who is dedicated to improving the lives of our clients. This is a Full-time role. Location: 97 Weewar Circuit South Yunderup WA 6208 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -Provide personalised care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and personal care needs -Assist clients with mobility, including transfers and positioning using appropriate equipment -Support clients'' independence by helping with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming -Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when required -Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and bed making -Plan and accompany clients during social activities and community engagement -Monitor clients'' health conditions and report any changes to the Care Coordinator -Maintain accurate records of care provided and complete required documentation -Provide emotional support and companionship to clients -Run errands including shopping and collecting prescriptions as needed HEALTH AND SAFETY: -Comply with all Work Health and Safety legislation requirements -Follow infection control procedures and maintain a safe working environment -Report any hazards or incidents immediately to management QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: -Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent -Minimum of 1 year full-time relevant experience -Current First Aid certificate -Valid National Police Clearance -Valid Driver''s Licence and reliable vehicle -NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Job Type: Permanent Full-time Work Location: In person Pay: AUD 73,000 AUD 80,000.00 per annum (excluding Superannuation) Application Open: 7th May 2026 Application Close: 8th June 2026 To Apply: Please submit your CV and covering letter detailing your experience and qualifications to **@ishapps.com Smart Healthcare Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from First Nation Australians, people of culturally diverse backgrounds, people with disabilities & our LGBTI+ community.
