Landscape & Horticulture Crew All Experience Levels Were a landscape and horticultural team working across a wide range of projects, with a focus on regenerative and low-impact construction. Our work includes everything from sustainable landscape builds to garden maintenance and horticultural care. Were looking for reliable, motivated people who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a strong team. You should be someone who: Works efficiently and can be trusted to get the job done properly Shows initiative and is willing to learn or share knowledge with the team Has strong team and people skills and communicates well on site Can understand client needs and help solve problems on the ground Is comfortable asking for support when needed Has enough experience to work autonomously when required Presents themselves professionally on site If you enjoy working outdoors, building quality landscapes, and being part of a crew that values good work and good people, wed love to hear from you.
