We pride ourselves in delivering a quality and friendly service to our customers. The Role We currently have an upcoming role for an experienced Weighbridge operator at our Yatala facility. You will be responsible for the weighbridge operation and assisting the Recycling Developments team in achieving quality, safety, and environment management of the facility. We currently have a position for an experienced Weighbridge operator Our candidate will have a friendly, professional manner, be well presented and able to communicate clearly. Long term full time position for the right candidate Working hours will be Monday Friday 6.00 am 4.30 pm. Every second Saturday 6am 12 Noon Excellent working environment working as part of a professional team. Tasks and Responsibilities The Weighbridge Operator will undertake a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: Manage the weighbridge by recording truck weights, completing appropriate documentation and collect driver signatures. Inspecting and categorising incoming and outgoing loads Onsite traffic management Carrying out Visitor / Driver Inductions Serve as point of contact for visitors, incoming inquiries from email and phone. Truck and delivery allocation Prepare, edit and format reports, documents and spreadsheets for daily, weekly and end of month tasks. Responsible for the on-site administration support Represent Recycling Developments in a professional manner at all times Assisting the Recycling Developments team in achieving quality, safety, and environmental management of the facility. Skills and experience Our ideal candidate will be a capable enthusiastic and professional individual with a positive attitude towards work. 3+ years experience in similar role Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities Highly effective skills in coordinating administration functions Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships Strong work ethics and reliability Clear Communications Skills Computer literacy, particularly experience working with Microsoft Outlook and Excel applications and iWeigh experience is an advantage A current White Card Please note, only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
