Unlock Health Chiropractic is looking for a Chiropractic Assistant - Administration Concierge, Receptionist to Join our passionate Team In our BOWRAL Location - Southern Highlands The role is part time time Approximately 16-30 hours per week, you must be available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We are after someone who is extroverted, outgoing, bubbly, has great people skills and loves to genuinely establish great conversations. You will need to enjoy a fast paced environment, while remaining calm and efficient. If you love to learn and grow then this is the place for you! Role & Duties: Sparking genuine conversation with all members of the practice A true advocate & spokesperson for Chiropractic & natural proactive health Managing and promoting in house marketing and events Attracting new members & educating current members Manage reception: greeting clients, answering phones and making calls Making appointments including scheduling and amendments Preparing and filing patients files Manage patient flow for the Doctors Maintain patient accounts including updating personal and financial information Cash handling, EFT and Health-funds Maintaining patient accounts Assisting Doctors with exams and reports Maintain patient confidentiality and records X-ray and Health reports and electronic filing Liaise with referring general practitioners Personal Skills; Problem solving skills Extroverted and loves to chat Able to follow process and procedure Loves working with people Excellent Communicator Self-motivated and loves to learn new skills High level of attention to detail Keen organiser Driven to hit targets Thrives in a busy environment Loves a challenge and is excited by change Curious and loves to learn new things Do you have a Positive, willing and eager attitude?
